Sustainability

Events and trade fair stands are meant to make an impact. That’s the whole point. But that impact should also be responsible.
At Dazzle, we make conscious choices in materials, suppliers, logistics, and partners. Sustainability isn’t a trend for us; it’s part of our DNA. Long before it became a must.
We design with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the core of every project. This approach has been recognised by EcoVadis, which awarded us a Bronze Medal (since 2024) — a confirmation of our commitment to transparency and responsible growth across the value chain.

SMALL FOOTPRINT, BIG IMPACT

An event or trade fair stand requires materials, transport, and energy. That’s why we take a critical look at how we design and produce every element.

We work with modular, sustainable framing systems from Aluvision, allowing up to 95% of materials to be reused or recycled. Where possible, we rent furniture, choose recyclable print materials, select carpets with recyclability in mind, and design structures for reuse.

The result: less impact, without compromising on look or experience. As a leading player in the industry, we’ve also been named an Aluvision Ambassador — a recognition of our commitment to smarter, more sustainable stand design.

PARTNERS
IN SUSTAINABILITY

Sustainable business is a shared responsibility. That’s why we choose partners who align with the same mindset.

We work with local suppliers whenever possible, rely on our own warehouse, and favour short supply chains — reducing transport and building stronger, more sustainable collaborations.

No greenwashing, just partners who make conscious choices in materials, production, and logistics, just like we do. For the past five years, we’ve been supported in this journey by The Ecological Entrepreneur.

  • MEASURE TO IMPROVE.

To improve, you first need to know where you stand. That’s why we measure the impact of both our events and our own operations. With the My Impact Tool, we analyse the environmental footprint of each event and work with our clients to identify where we can adjust or offset. We also track our own company impact (Scope 1 and 2) using specialised software. This gives us the clarity to take targeted action — reducing emissions where possible and compensating where needed.

  • ACTIVELY CONTRIBUTING TO NATURE RESTORATION.

The environmental impact we can’t avoid, we aim to compensate. Together with partners like GoForest and GoOcean, we invest in projects such as reforestation and ocean restoration. This can even become part of the event story itself — involving audiences in the effort and turning sustainability into something tangible and shared. That way, impact isn’t just reduced. It’s also felt.

  • NO FOOD WASTED

We don’t stop caring when an event ends. In collaboration with partners like Let’s Save Food, we make sure catering leftovers find a new purpose instead of going to waste. In agreement with our clients, surplus food is redistributed to people or animals in need — and sometimes our own team even helps with the distribution. Because making a difference doesn’t end when the lights go out.
